Day 14: 3 Healthy Habits

Its weird how one thinks ‘food’ when one talks about healthy habits. Health is a holistic things that encompasses physical, emotional and spiritual balance.

I get so busy that it becomes easy to disregard my health and throw the concept of balance out of the window. But the thing about health is that when one area is put of sync, all other areas are affected; thua forcing you, or in this case me, to come back to equilibrium. So here are 3 habits I believe contribute to my health:

  1. Taking the stairs whenever possible (physical health)
  2. Seeing a psychologist (emotional health)
  3. Being a yogi (spiritual health)
